Number 63 west 130th Street on the north side of Astor Row is one of the last shells on the block and is finally up for sale for the asking price of $2.2 million. Apparently the 20-foot-wide SRO building has architectural plans in place but the listing does not mention any Certificate of Non Harassment so there might be a lot of paperwork needed to get renovations started on this one. Express trains along with trendy spots on Lenox are nearby and this is one of the larger shells to be found on the market. More details on the broker site:
