DWELL: 16 HAMILTON TERRACE SOLD HIGHER
Number 16 Hamilton Terrace had a contract out this past spring based on the initial asking of $2.35 million and records now show that the Hamilton Heights home has sold higher. A single-family layout with restored original details and being on a desirable landmark block has helped moved the final closing to $2.825 million. Close distance to the express trains on 145th Street and better dining options in area have also made the Heights even more interesting to homebuyers in the past couple of years. This is the only paved garden I have seen that like, lots of curved lines.
