Number 9 Hamilton Terrace was up on the market earlier in the summer for $2.1 million and now has been reduced to just under $2 million. The single-family house by 141st Street has lots of original details in good condition and is on a beautiful landmark block. St. Nicholas Park is just around the corner and the express trains at 145th Street are a pleasant enough walk through the historic district. With that said, the design elements in the bath and garden areas probably could use an upgrade in finishes. More on Streeteasy:

Looked at this one when it could be had for $999,999.00 in 2011. Could kick myself for passing it up.
