A narrow 2-family townhouse at 2289 7th Avenue by 135th Street is back on the market for $1.3 million which is not such a bad price point but what is the catch? The last time the home was up for sale earlier in the past year, there was a long term tenant occupying one of the units but the new listing does not mention this detail. Otherwise, everything is pretty much nondescript white walls within but appears to be in decent condition.
