More contracts are closing at the end of the year and the amazing house at 458 West 144th Street going for $2.4 million now has found a buyer. As noted previously, this is one of most sought after blocks in the Hamilton Heights Historic District and these homes rarely go on the market. Original details are mostly intact within but could use a major polish and we mentioned before that a trip to Restoration Hardware will probably be needed to replace the Home Depot add-ons in the kitchen or baths.
