DWELL: 554 WEST 162ND STREET TOWNHOUSE
A 3-unit townhouse in the Heights is up on the market for the asking of $2.69 million that has been gut renovated but has restored original details within. The 18-foot-wide limestone building really has a great mix of new and old but the glass tiles in the kitchen along with severely modern looking cabinets are the only misstep. Washington Heights is the more affordable uptown neighborhood these days but better amenities are still not abundant in the area by the Broadway corridor. With that said, subway entrances are close by and it takes only a couple of stops to get to some of the prime destination spots in Harlem. More on Streeteasy: LINK
