Number 202 Lenox first arrived on the market 3 months ago with the asking of $4.2 million but has since been reduced to $4.1 million as of last week. The 20-foot-wide townhouse is wedged next to the corner building on West 120th Street and an open lot but is within the Mount Morris Park Historic District. With that said, the location is just a short walk away to from the express trains at 125th and the new Whole Foods which will open in a year or so.
