DWELL: 613 WEST 145TH STREET SOLD HIGHER

The intact single-family home at 613 West 145th Street just west of Broadway went up on the market last summer for $1.7 million and closed for just a bit higher in December for $1.75 million.  This classic brownstone with original details was at one of the lower price points and is not particularly on a block to really romance about.  With that said, the only thing that needed some major work here was probably the back yard and possibly the kitchen or bath.  In our opinion, the lower price point worked well for an entry level buyer in the exorbitant Manhattan market who did not want to go through the hassle of a major gut renovation.  More on Streeteasy: LINK

  1. I don’t care how funky the block is, that’s a beautiful house for very little money
