DWELL: 247 WEST 121ST STREET IN CONTRACT

After being on the market for about 7 weeks and a slight price reduction to $2.95 million, Number 247 West 121st Street now has a contract out.  This 2-family home has been gut renovated with all of the modern amenities that the process entails but much of the finishings within are pretty basic.  The buyer is probably spending more on the location which is close to the lower FDB commercial corridor.  As mentioned previously, better design aesthetics was a must to command this price range in the not-too-distant past but this part of Harlem is best known because of the many amenities on the surrounding blocks.  More photos on Streeteasy: LINK
