Word of mouth is that East Harlem Cafe on Lexington on the corner of 104th Street is definitely not opening up again any time soon, so what next? The coffee shop was the first of its kind in El Barrio and still has the largest commercial space for this type of establishment which is still quite rare on the east side. Folks have been hanging out at the nearby
