After being on the market for just a month at $2.6 million, Number 131 West 136th Street now has a contract out. The 2-family located just east of Lenox Avenue has moderate upgrades but the minimalist approach somehow works here. Express subways are just a block south and the up-and-coming 7th Avenue corridor around 135th is also nearby.
