DWELL: 103 WEST 136TH STREET IN CONTRACT
The SRO building at 103 West 136th Street sold last summer for $1.7 million and recently arrived back on the market for $2.25 million. After just three weeks out, there is now a contract for the townhouse located just a block away from the express trains at 135th Street on Lenox Avenue. It does not appear that much has been done otherwise but permits show that the most recent owner had filed to change the SRO status. There are a few original details within but the interior apparently still needs to be restored. More details on Streeteasy: LINK
