One of the unique townhouses on St. Nicholas Avenue just north of the 155th Street subway stop is now up on the market for $1.7 million. This 17-foot-wide home is currently being used as a single-family but apparently has an SRO layout. A certificate of non harassment is in place for those who want to renovated quickly and thus the higher asking price.
