A Bespoke tip came in over the weekend that the parking garage just north of 122nd Street on St. Nicholas Avenue now has scaffolding up. So what is actually going on at the shuttered building next door to the abandoned gas station? Demolishing permits are all now in place and the reported new residential tower plans seem to be coming about. As mentioned in our original post, a new construction with market rate and affordable units will be arriving in the near future with current paperwork showing that there will be 13 floors total when all finishes up.
