DWELL: 53 WEST 130TH STREET BROWNSTONE
Number 53 West 130th Street arrived on the market last month for the asking price of $4 million and is situated on the north side of historic Astor Row. The interior appears to be gut renovated in the 4-family home but the finishes are more on the moderate side. A renovated, single-family layout with original details intact tend to attract top dollar with buyers so it will interesting to see where the final sales number ends up at this particular address. With that said, Astor Row is probably one of the blocks that has the most potential in Harlem but quite a few abandoned buildings still remain in this part of the neighborhood just east of Lenox Avenue.
