Number 185 Lenox has been on and off the market since 2013 with price increases that landed at $4.25 million last fall. The rather large brownstone property on one of the prime Mount Morris Park Historic District blocks by 120th Street had been chopped up into 5 apartments so was probably only right for investors. With that said, the building was purchased back in 2007 for $200k and Streeteasy records now show that the final sale figure for 2016 closed at $3.7 million:
