DWELL: 355 WEST 120TH STREET REDUCED AGAIN

After being on the market at an initial asking price of $3.8 million, and then reduced to $3.5 million, the brownstone at 355 West 120th is now at $3.3 million.   As previously mentioned, this is the same block that actress Marcia Gay Harden used to live on before selling that home back in 2012 for a then record price and the location is close to the FDB commercial corridor.  There does not appear to be a lot of additional info except that the layout is in a single-family configuration but the $3 million price range might be a tough sell if this is a fixer upper.   More on Streeteasy: LINK
