DWELL: 550 WEST 149TH OFF MARKET

Number 550 West 149th Street in Hamilton Heights arrived on the market in late March at $3.5 million, was then reduced one month later to $2.975 million and now has been pulled from the market.  As mentioned previously, this  17-foot-wide SRO has a lot of incredible original details and is located on a decent block by the bustling Broadway corridor but will basically have to be converted into a single-family which will require additional financing.  A valuable certificate of non harassment is apparently in place but even at the reduced price point, one can still pretty much get a fixed up home in Harlem with a more desirable layout.  More details on Streeteasy: LINK
