It appears that renovated townhouse going for around the $2 million mark are moving the quickest in 2016. Number 525 West 141st Street in Hamilton Heights went up on the market for $2.1 million in February and
Streeteasy indicates that the 4-family has sold in June. The final closing number has not been disclosed as of yet but should probably close to the asking. A few uptown shell listing have been arriving on the market close to the $2 million mark but one can still find a Harlem house that does not need a lot of work at this price point.
