Number 107 West 120th Street is now back on the market for the new asking price of $3.995 million. Some might remember that the renovated multi-family home in the Mount Morris Park Historic District was up on the market for $5 million back in March but had been reduced to $4.295 million. As mentioned previously, this is a prime location just a short walk from the express trains on Lenox and very close to the new Whole Foods under construction so why the lack of interests?
