The gut renovated townhouse at 513 West 142nd Street in Hamilton Heights arrived on the market for the asking of $2.95 million back in May and now has a contract out. As previously mentioned, some original details have been restored within but most of the interior is an exercise in minimalism with a few higher end finishes in place especially in the kitchen and baths.
