DWELL: 16 SYLVAN TERRACE REDUCED
The landmark townhouse at 16 Sylvan Terrace just had a price chop and is probably the lowest priced, gut renovated, single-family townhouse currently listed in Manhattan. This Sugar Hill house by 161st Street arrived on the market back in June for $1.7 million and has now been slightly reduced to $1.65 million. As mentioned previously, the area is purely residential but better commercial arrivals are popping up within Hamilton Heights which just a few blocks south from the address. Modern upgrades have been installed within the gut renovated interior which attempts a more classic look that succeeds more than some of the other ones we have seen as of late. Beautiful views of the Morris-Jumel mansion are also included. More information can be found on the broker site: LINK
