Number 290 West 137th Street went up on the market at the end of September for the asking of $3.65 million and now has a contract out.  As mentioned previously, this gut renovated home was sold back in 2014 for $1.65 million and the developer has quickly brought the brownstone back to market.  Everything has been updated within but a few of the original details are still intact which helps out with the overall aesthetics.  Some of the contemporary finishes in the  kitchen of the 2-family brownstones are a bit on the outdated side but the block by 8th Avenue is one of the more classic ones to be found in Central Harlem.  More photos and details on the broker site: LINK
