Number 290 West 137th Street went up on the market at the end of September for the asking of $3.65 million and now has a contract out. As mentioned previously, this gut renovated home was sold back in 2014 for $1.65 million and the developer has quickly brought the brownstone back to market. Everything has been updated within but a few of the original details are still intact which helps out with the overall aesthetics. Some of the contemporary finishes in the kitchen of the 2-family brownstones are a bit on the outdated side but the block by 8th Avenue is one of the more classic ones to be found in Central Harlem.
