DWELL: 30 WEST 126TH CONDO SOLD HIGHER
Condo units within brownstones appear to be doing quite well in the current market and a two-bedroom at 30 West 126th Street just sold for a notable higher price point. This particular unit went on the market back in September for the asking of $899K and had a contract out within 10 days. Records now show that apartment located by Fifth Avenue sold higher and just closed at $1.024 million a couple of weeks back. The brownstone address is just a block away from the express trains on Lenox and the new Whole Foods building on 125th Street so those details probably factored into the final sales price.
