$4.875 million but the commercial building with a triplex unit included is now back on the market for $5.5 million. This unique 134th Street corner address actually has a garage on the side, an elevator within but has the most terrifying modern kitchen we have ever seen. There was probably a cornice out front at one point in time and the facade could have better curb appeal if the design detail was restored. With that said, the gut renovation for the 18.4-foot-wide building is pretty decent and the appliances are on the higher end side.
