Number 412 West 145th Street went up for auction back in October at $1 million and now Streeteasy has revealed that the address in Hamilton Heights has sold for $2.08 million. The fixer-upper has been chopped up into 5 small apartments so it is unclear if more legal paperwork is needed to convert everything into a more desirable single-family layout. This townhouse is only 16-foot-wide but is located just around the corner from the 145th Street express subway so could increase in value if the right renovations come about.
