The block of West 141st Street just east of Amsterdam has some of the most handsome intact bow front townhouses in Harlem and now one is up on the market for $3.395 million.  This is pretty much an investment property since the gut renovated building is in a 4-family configuration and there is a lot of blank white walls within.  With that said, the historic district is one of the best in the city with great restaurants such as The Grange, Oso, Hogshead Tavern and Fumo are located nearby along with the express stops on 145th Street in a relatively reasonable walking distance.  More details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
