SHOP: PROGRESS AT FORMER LULU'S
Lulu's on Manhattan Avenue at the corner of West 123rd suddenly closed up shop back in October and now it looks like some progress is at hand. The storefront used to have signage out front but all of that has been covered up by a new coat of white paint. Facade windows have been concealed with brown paper for the past couple of months so it is hard to see what is actually going with the interior but a new restaurant is rumored to be in the works. A Bespoke tip that came in mentioned that a restaurant called Clay would be arriving by mid January but we have yet been able to find any indication online of the new establishment: LINK
