DWELL: 16 WEST 130TH IN CONTRACT
Number 16 West 130th Street arrived on the market in 2016 with the asking of $4.3 million, then was reduced to $3.995 million, had one more price cut to $3.775 million last month and now has a contract out. As mentioned previously, the gut renovated, single-family house on Astor Row has one of the more hight-quality renovations that we have seen in recent years and is close to all that is happening on the commercial corridor of Lenox Avenue. This famous block has improved quite a bit in the past decade but there are still a few shells on both sides of the street which are now finally starting to be renovated. With that said, Whole Foods will be opening soon close by on 125th Street so a record sale here might just make sense. More details on the broker site: LINK
