DWELL: 17 WEST 120TH STREET RETURNS
Harlem Bespoke: Number 17 west 120th went on the market last summer for $4.7 million earlier in the year and then was removed from the market but now has returned at the reduce asking price of $4.5 million. As previously noted that this is arguably one of the best blocks in the Mount Morris Park Historic District and Maya Angelou's house just sold for $4 million a few doors down. There are a lot of original details in fantastic condition within the 20-foot-wide townhouse but the one issue here is that this is a multi-unit building. Higher end buyers are usually also looking for a single-family layout but the location might be the biggest selling point here since Whole Foods opening nearby in about 3 weeks.
