Harlem Bespoke: Number 233 Lenox Avenue (at the right of photo) arrived on the market back in April for just under $6 million and the highest priced home in Harlem has now been reduced to $5.5 million. As previously mentioned, the location by 121st Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District is quite ideal but the entire building has been chopped up into multiple apartments. Whole Foods will be opening up just few blocks north on 125th Street in a couple of weeks which might be the reason for the higher price range. More details on Streeteasy:
