Harlem Bespoke: Number 118th West 132nd Street went up on the market for $1.8 million back in June and now has a contract out. The address just around the corner from Lenox is on a decent block but this is definitely a narrow townhouse that is a fixer upper. With that said, the 4-family home is apparently vacant and a Certificate of Non Harassment is in place. Other than that, the express subway stations are less than a 5 minute walk aways and the Whole Foods that opened this summer on 125th Street is only 7 blocks south of the address.
