DWELL: 226 WEST 132ND STREET IN CONTRACT

Harlem Bespoke:  Number 226 West 132nd Street used to be the worse house on the block but now the former SRO located just west of 7th Avenue has a contract out based on the $2.87 million initial asking price.  Higher end finishes within and a smart single-family conversion pretty much sealed the deal for the renovated shell which was sold back in 2014 for $1.15 million. There are a couple of brownstones on the street that still need to be fixed up but the block has definitely improved dramatically over the years.  More photos and details can be found on the broker site: LINK
