Harlem Bespoke: We were not sure what the status of the two new constructions on Convent Avenue would become but and inside tip mentioned that these buildings will be sold as condos. The locations on the corner of
128th Street and
130th Street are ideal because they are just blocks away from the express train entrance by 127th Street on St. Nicholas. Everything will probably not finish up until sometimes next year but these developments will definitely be ones to watch out for in 2018 when they arrive on the market.
