DWELL: 16 SYLVAN TERRACE SOLD LOWER
Harlem Bespoke: Number 16 Sylvan Terrace went up on the market back in March for $1.625 million, had a contract out by July and records now show that the wood-frame house sold for $1.56 million. As mentioned previously, the area on top of Sugar Hill is purely residential but better commercial arrivals are popping up within Hamilton Heights which is just a few blocks south from the address. Modern upgrades have been installed within the gut renovated interior which attempts a more classic look that succeeds more than some of the other ones we have seen as of late. Beautiful views of the Morris-Jumel mansion are also included. More information and photos can be found on the broker site: LINK
