February for $1.3 million and had been on the market soon after for $2.09 million but the multi-unit home has been pulled off the market. DOB paperwork mentions an SRO status but it is unclear if a buyer has finally come along to fix things up. This intact block between 7th and 8th Avenue has some handsome architecture and many of the townhouses have original details within which would look great as a single-family home.
