Harlem Bespoke: Number 887 St. Nicholas Avenue went up for auction at the starting bid o $600K back in September, then returned to the market for $1.5 million in November and now has had a price increase to $1.9 million. As previously mentioned, the single-family home sold for $1.34 million a couple of years back but nothing much has happened since then. The 22-foot-wide corner building has pretty much all of the original details in place but resurfacing the floors and painting the walls could have done a lot to update the space. All of the roof tiles are missing so the facade is not in great shape either. With that said, the landmark townhouse by the 155th Street subway station is semi-detached and apparently has a Certificate of Non Harassment in place. More details on the broker site:
