DWELL: 43 HAMILTON TERRACE REDUCED

Harlem Bespoke:  Number 43 Hamilton Terrace arrived on the market back in May for $3.85 million, had a price chop in December to $3.6 million and now the townhouse in the Hamilton Heights Historic District has been reduced to $3.45 million.
