Harlem Bespoke: Number 189 Edgecombe sold for $1.6 million back in 2016, was up on the market for $2.675 million a year later and now the renovated townhouse has had a reduction at set at $2.525 million. Quite a bit of original details are intact within but modern updates such as a marble bath, inset lighting and HVAC systems are all in place. From what can be gathered from the floorplan, the layout appears to have been setup as an owner's triplex apartment along with one smaller rental unit.
