Harlem Bespoke: Demolition on the carriage house at 215 West 122nd Street finished up a couple of years ago and construction has since finished up on the new development. We walked by the address located just west of 7th Avenue and noticed the 6-story building that now stands on site.
It is still unclear if these will be rentals or condos but everything should be ready by summer from the looks of it. The carriage house had previously been used as a church but had been vacant for years until the property was finally sold to a developer for $1.5 million:
