Harlem Bespoke: Number 118th West 132nd Street had a contract out last summer based on a $1.8 million asking and Streeteasy now reveals that the final sales number was at $1.710 million. As previously mentioned, the address just around the corner from Lenox is on a decent block but this is definitely a narrow townhouse that is a fixer upper. With that said, the 4-family home is apparently vacant and a Certificate of Non Harassment is in place. Other than that, the express subway stations are less than a 5 minute walk aways and the Whole Foods that opened this summer on 125th Street is only 7 blocks south of the address.
