READ: RENTING AND BUYING IN SOUTH HARLEM
Harlem Bespoke: The New York Times breaks down the cost of renting or buying in Central Harlem below 125th Street and north of 110th based on statistics from last year. One-bedroom rentals are going from around $2,500 a month and condo overall averages are somewhere are $1.08 million according to the article. About 16 townhouses were sold during the aforementioned time period in the neighborhood and those went for around $2.55 million. More on the story in the New York Times: LINK
