Harlem Bespoke: Number 363 West 120th Street arrived on the market in early 2017 at a $4.5 million asking price, then was reduced to $4.35 million by the fall, had a contract out soon after and now public records show that the final sale closed at $3.86 million. As previously mentioned, this brownstone is within one of those charming blocks right by Morningside Park but these intact row houses face a schoolyard. With that said, the gut renovation of the 2-family home did leave a few fireplaces and the marble bath areas at have some classic elements to them. Express subway stops on 125th Street and the FDB commercial corridor are also just a 5 minute walk aways. More details on Streeteasy: LINK
