Harlem Bespoke: A renovated former SRO at 14 East 126th Street caught our eye recently since the renovations were a little more unique then typically found uptown. This single-family home by Fifth Avenue going for $3.85 million has all of the woodwork restored and some modern additions that really stand out. The luxurious basin tub with a separate marble shower is a layout we have seen only in a handful of townhouses or boutique hotels and the result are alway impressive. There are a lot restored plaster details which are almost non-existant these days within many homes which makes this address worth checking out.
