DWELL: 17 WEST 120TH IN CONTRACT
Harlem Bespoke: Number 17 west 120th had a price reduction to $4.3 million from $4.7 million back in April, had a contract out by July and has apparently sold in the past week according to Streeteasy. As previously noted, this is arguably one of the best blocks in the Mount Morris Park Historic District and Maya Angelou's house just sold for $4 million a few doors down. There are a lot of original details in fantastic condition within the 20-foot-wide townhouse but the one issue here is that this is a multi-unit building. Higher end buyers are usually also looking for a single-family layout but the location might be the biggest selling point here since Whole Foods and the express trains are only 5 blocks away.
