DWELL: 17 WEST 120TH SOLD LOWER

Harlem Bespoke:  Number 17 west 120th had a contract out earlier in the month based on the $4.3 million asking and now Streeteasy has revealed that everything closed for a bit lower at $3.75 million. As previously noted, this is arguably one of the best blocks in the Mount Morris Park Historic District and Maya Angelou's house just sold for $4 million a few doors down.
