Harlem Bespoke: Number 327 Convent Avenue by 144th Street arrived on the market in June for the asking of $3.7 million, then was reduced to $3.4 million a month and now finally has a contract out. As previously mentioned, this landmark townhouse has an amazing amount of restored original details and has been renovated in a 2-family layout but is priced on the lower end for this block. Apparently the building is still classified as an SRO but a Certificate of Non Harassment is in place. So things are a little complicated and buyers should research the legalities of the situation before making the investment.
