Harlem Bespoke: The mansard roof townhouse that formerly belonged to dance legend Arthur Mitchell at 517 West 152nd Street went up on the market last September for $3.5 million, then was reduced a couple of more times this year to $2.5 million and now the three-family has a contract out. As previously mentioned, the interior photos show a pretty sophisticated balance between old and new which is usually hard to pull off but works in many ways within the historic home.
