Harlem Bespoke: Groundbreaking for the new construction at 2171 Frederick Douglass Boulevard took place sometimes last spring and now it appear that the residential tower has finally risen. Almost four floors have gone up at this corner 117th Street that was an abandoned lot for as long as we could remember. When everything is completed, there will be eight stories all together and one would assume that they will be condos for sale since the given location is on prime FDB just north of Central Park.
