DWELL: 463 WEST 143RD STREET SOLD LOWER
Harlem Bespoke: We noticed that Number 463 West 143rd Street had the listing pulled earlier in the month but it turns out that the 2-family brownstone located between Convent and Amsterdam Avenue has officially sold for $3.188 million. The renovated home went up for sale last July for $3.8 million, had a contract out based on a price reduction of $3.45 million by October and now has closed at a lower number. As previously mentioned, the restored original details within the Hamilton Heights address really elevate the historic townhouse which is a substantial 19-foot-wide and is just a short walk aways from the express trains at 145th Street.
